Condition of Products
We only sell brand new, factory-sealed products. All items listed in our inventory are in their original, unopened packaging.
We do not offer open-box, used, or refurbished items under any circumstances.

Returns
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at info@thegreensburg.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the final refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants). Custom or personalized products. Baby formulas, supplements, shakes. Sanitary or personal care items (e.g. beauty products). Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note that manufacturers may update product packaging without notice. Returns cannot be accepted for packaging differences alone.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

Refused or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is refused at delivery or not picked up from a carrier depot within the required timeframe, the customer will be responsible for the original shipping cost plus a 38% restocking fee.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, you may choose to have the order re-shipped at your expense.
If not, a 38% restocking fee and the original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your current item (if eligible). Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

Refunds
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

All products sold on our website are covered by the manufacturer’s or authorized importer’s warranty, where applicable.
All warranty-related responsibilities, including service and support, lie solely with the manufacturer or importer.
As the seller, we do not assume any responsibility for warranty claims. For any warranty-related issues, please contact the appropriate manufacturer or distributor directly.
