Distance Selling Agreement


1. Condition of Products

We only sell brand new, factory-sealed products. All items listed in our inventory are in their original, unopened packaging.
We do not offer open-box, used, or refurbished items under any circumstances.

2. Ordering and Acceptance

By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter this Agreement. Orders are accepted once confirmed by email.

3. Price and Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD), include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated, and may change without prior notice (not affecting confirmed orders). Payment is due in full before delivery.

4. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address you provide within the estimated timeframe (usually within 30 days). Shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise indicated. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds

You have 22 calendar days from receipt of goods to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, in original packaging with all tags intact, and you must provide proof of purchase.

  • Contact us at info@thegreensburg.com to start a return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • We will inspect returned items and notify you of refund approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

-Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

-Custom or personalized products

-Baby formulas, supplements, shakes

-Sanitary or personal care items (e.g. beauty products)

-Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

-Sale items and gift cards

Manufacturers may update packaging without notice; packaging differences alone are not grounds for returns.

8. Refused or Unclaimed Shipments

If you refuse delivery or fail to pick up your order within the carrier’s timeframe, you will be responsible for original shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee.

9. Incorrect Shipping Address

If your order is returned due to an incorrect address you provided, you may have it re-shipped at your expense, or a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

10. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return eligible items and place a new order separately.

11. Warranty

All products are covered by the manufacturer’s or authorized importer’s warranty where applicable. Greensburg assists with warranty claims but warranty services are ultimately provided by the manufacturer or importer.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Disputes will be resolved in Ontario courts.
